The Duchesne County Children’s Justice Center is a homelike, child-friendly facility where children who have been victims of abuse or other crimes can begin the road to healing. We work with our multidisciplinary partners to protect each child, advance justice, promote healing, and educate our community.

The Duchesne County Children’s Justice Center is accredited by the National Children’s Alliance.  We are a public/private partnership. We receive partial operational funding through appropriation by the Utah State Legislature, administered by the Utah Attorney General’s Office. We also rely on funding that we receive from Duchesne County, the Utah Office for Victims of Crime, our 501(c)(3) Friends of Duchesne County Children’s Justice Center , and private donations.
